In recent years, fresh electric dealer market has developed rapidly in our country,the market is rising year by year, fresh electrical business aspects of the growingproblem of logistics service quality, customer complaint due to logistics servicequality problems and customer bad review phenomenon common occurance, this isnot only restricted the rapid development of logistics industry, also give fresh broughta serious impediment to the development of electricity industry.Therefore, it is ofgreat theoretical and practical significance to study the logistics service quality offresh e-commerce industry.
In this paper, literature research and empirical research are combined to study thelogistics service quality of fresh e-commerce.Logistics service quality of the rawelectricity suppliers first summarizes the related literature and concepts, and theservice quality theory, the theory of logistics service quality and customer satisfactiontheory, based on this, advances a contains fresh, economy, empathy, reliability, fourdimensions, a total of 16 indicators of the initial evaluation index system;Secondly onthe basis of the initial evaluation index system of design the questionnaire survey,through the SPSS statistical analysis software for survey data for statistical analysis,reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, etc.,according to the results of the analysis of initial evaluation index system wasoptimized and adjusted, delete some of the dimensions and indicators, and finally gota contains fresh, economy, empathy, reliability, four dimensions, a total of 15indicators of the initial evaluation index system, and using the combination ofsubjective and objective method to calculate the weight of each dimension andindicator;Finally, selecting the representative of the new retail box horse as a case, thequestionnaire design, questionnaire survey and questionnaire analysis, calculate thebox horse fresh electricity logistics service quality gap between expectation andperception and box horse fresh electrical business logistics service quality score, andthe fresh of box of horse electrical business logistics service quality analysis andevaluation results.
Based on the above research and analysis, the conclusions of this paper are asfollows :(1) based on the customer satisfaction theory, this paper proposes a set ofrelatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of fresh e-commercelogistics service quality;(2) By calculating the weight values of each dimension and index in the evaluation index system, it can be seen that there are differences incustomers' concerns on the quality of fresh e-commerce logistics services;(3) Thescore of fresh e-commerce logistics service quality of Hema is negative, and thecustomer satisfaction is outside the tolerance range.And put forward correspondingimprovement suggestion based on this.
