財務管理流程屬于企業流程工作的一部分。財務管理流程是聯系業務流程和其他流程的橋梁與樞紐,地位至關重要。財務管理流程通過預算、計劃、決策和分析等財務管理功能直接對業務流程進行指導、控制并規范著業務流程。財務管理流程在企業的經濟活動中占據著重要的作用。企業在不斷發展的同時也需要不斷地對企業財務管理流程進行優化,但在對財務管理流程優化的同時也需要結合自身的特點和情況,科學、合理化的進行,從而提升企業的經營管理能力,提高企業的核心競爭力。本論文以 E 公司進行財務管理流程優化作為案例研究,尋找如何進行財務管理流程優化的方法,以實現信息集成、滿足企業的管理人員的管理和決策需求,進一步提高企業核心競爭力。
本文采用“基礎理論—現狀分析—提出問題分析問題—提出解決方案”的方式,提出財務管理流程優化策略,進而尋找解決問題的方案。第一部分緒論主要介紹了本論文的研究背景、研究意義及目的,概述了 E 公司財務管理流程優化案例分析的主要思路及方法。第二部分通過對 E 公司財務管理流程優化真實案例進行描述,論述 E 公司現階段財務管理流程的現狀及存在問題。第三部分以E公司日常財務管理流程活動作為切入點,分析 E 公司目前財務管理流程中存在的問題以及問題的成因。最后,對照存在的問題,依據流程優化理論、六西格瑪理論、精益流程理論和速效修復理論,提出了優化財務管理流程的解決方案。
為了能夠更好的提高企業的核心競爭力,更好適應當前的經濟市場變化,希望通過這些管理上的改善與變革,能夠統籌考慮、科學規劃,利用先進的管理思想和技術來完善 E 公司財務管理體系,優化 E 公司財務管理流程模式,充分發揮財務部門的控制職能,為公司提供更多科學有效的財務信息。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of society, the economy development has gradually turnedfrom simplification to globalization. Therefore, facing the reform of the market economy, thefinancial management process of the enterprise must also follow the economic activities to takeappropriate changes, but there will also be many problems during transformation, andenterprise benefits will be affected. How to optimize financial management process based onthe problems, then improve core competitiveness of the enterprise, is particularly important.
The financial management process is part of the enterprise process. Financial managementprocess is the bridge and hub, connecting business process and other processes. It plays key roleamong processes. Financial management process directly guides business process throughfinancial functions such as budget, controls and regulates business process. Financialmanagement process is crucial in the economic activities of an enterprise. The continuousdevelopment of an enterprise needs to continuously optimize the financial management processscientifically and rationally. On the other hand, when optimize financial management process,enterprise also needs to consider its own characteristics and conditions, thereby to enhancebusiness management ability and core competitiveness of enterprise. This thesis uses Ecompany’s financial management process optimization as a case study to find out how tooptimize the financial management process, how to achieve information/business integration,so as to meet managers’ management and decision-making needs, and further improve the corecompetitiveness of the company.
This paper adopts method of "basic theory—analysis of the current situation—proposedproblem analysis—proposed solution", and then proposes financial management processoptimization strategies, finds solutions for dealing with problems. The first part, introduction,mainly introduces the research background, research significance and purpose of this thesis,main ideas and methods of case analysis of E company's financial management processoptimization management are outlined. The second part describes the real case of E company'sfinancial management process optimization and describes the current situation and existingproblems of E company's financial management process. The third part uses the daily financialmanagement process activities of E company as an entry point to analyze the problems existingin the current financial management process of E company and the causes of the problems.
Finally, compared with the existing problems, based on process optimization/6 Sigma (DMAIC)/ lean process methods, a solution to optimize the financial management process wasproposed.
In order to better improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and better adapt to thecurrent economic and market changes, it is hoped that through these managementimprovements and changes, we can make overall consideration, scientific planning, and useadvanced management ideas and technologies to improve E company financial managementsystem, optimize the financial management process model of E company, give full play to thecontrol function of the financial department, and provide the company with more scientific andeffective financial information.
