筆者在一些學者對教師關懷行為分類的基礎上,對盡責性關懷行為、支持性關懷行為、及時性關懷行為以及包容性關懷行為進行了梳理,對 S 市的一所小學的學生和教師進行問卷調查和訪談并整理了教師關懷行為現狀,依此找到教師關懷行為存在的問題及原因,概況為:師生對關懷的需求與回應、關懷認知與自我定位、以及教師關懷行為表現和外部環境的影響,在此基礎上找出相應的對策。
Caring education, originated in the United States at the end of the 20th century, isbased on the perspective of pedagogy to understand people, is a new way of thinking, isalso the return of education and the essence of education, has had a profound impact onthe educational circle. As the two subjects of caring education -- teachers and students,teachers show themselves in front of the people who are cared for as caregivers.
Teachers should understand the physical and mental development of students to givecare and love to students, and the care should accept the care given by teachers, andmake the corresponding response. Teachers' care for students can effectively improvestudents' academic performance, enhance communication with others, and improvestudents' mental health. In our country, the primary school teacher's caring behaviorresearch is not sufficient, in order to make students get better care and healthydevelopment, we need to primary school teacher's caring behavior thorough thinkingand research.
In some scholars on the teacher's care behavior classification, on the basis of theresponsible care behavior, supportive care behavior, timeliness, caring behavior, andgeneralizes the inclusive caring behavior, to S in a primary school student and teacherquestionnaires and interviews and sorting of the current situation of teachers' caringbehavior, to find a teacher care behavior problems and reasons, situation is: the teachersand the students needs and response to care, care cognition and self-image, and teachers'caring behavior and the influence of the external environment, on this basis to find outthe corresponding countermeasures.
Finally, according to the problems of primary school teachers' caring behavior in daily education and teaching analyzed in the questionnaire, the author puts forwardcorresponding solutions from four aspects: teachers' self-caring accomplishment,teacher-student caring relationship, campus education and teaching environment, andsocial atmosphere. The study of caring behavior in caring education is helpful toimprove teachers' caring ability and promote students' all-round development.
